Roofs with many angles
Valleys, dormers, turrets, and chimneys make a roof look great. They also add joints. Each joint needs the right metal flashing and underlayment to stay dry.
When we inspect or replace a complex roof, we pay extra attention to each valley and wall. That is where most leaks start.
Valleys: open or closed
A closed valley has shingles woven or cut across it. An open valley shows a metal channel down the middle. Both can work well when they are put in right.
Worn valley shingles or thin metal can leak fast in heavy rain. Ask how valleys will be handled in any repair or replacement plan.
Roof inspections in Blue Bell
A roof inspection gives you photos of every slope, valley, and opening, plus an attic check if you allow it. You get a plain list: fine, watch it, fix soon, or fix now.
It is a smart first step when buying a home, after a big storm, or when the roof is getting older.
Replacing a complex roof
A complex roof takes more time and more care. Expect new flashing at every wall and chimney, ice barrier in every valley, and vents planned for good airflow.
Our roof replacement guide explains tear-off, decking, and the full process.
